Bill Clinton just completely redeemed himself. What a superb piece of American political rhetoric. I just can't stay mad at the guy. I think both Clintons have redeemed themselves in the past two nights.
I don't know if he completely redeemed himself, but it was a good speech. The applause that he recieved before his speech says a lot about how this nation is nostalgic for his presidency after 8 years of Bush.
Was it just me, or was the theme of the night more unappologetically progressive - mentioning inequality, the war, the rising cost of living, the misery inflicted upon the working poor?
